August 27, 2024: Jemez Pueblo, NM 87024 Alamo Navajo Cougars (Magdalena, NM) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Alamo Navajo improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars host Tse' Yi' Gai (Cuba, NM) to face the Dine Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. The Dine Warriors go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Warriors now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mesa Vista for a non-league test on Saturday, August 31. Jemez Valley will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Evangel Christian Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Trojans record now stands at 2-2.
