August 27, 2024: LeRoy, IL 61752 LeRoy Panthers (LeRoy, IL) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Tolono Unity Rockets (Tolono, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, LeRoy advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL) to face the Bombers in a non-league test on Saturday, August 31. The Bombers go into the test with a record of 0-2. Argenta-Oreana lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Warrensburg-Latham (Warrensburg, IL)
The Rockets now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mattoon for a non-league test on Thursday, August 29.
