August 27, 2025: Lafayette, CA 94549 The San Marin Mustangs (Novato, CA) football trounced the host Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA), 35-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Miramonte for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. San Marin will clash with a Matadors squad coming off a 35-16 non-league loss to California (San Ramon, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Acalanes drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Dons travel to Monte Vista (Danville, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4.
