August 27, 2025: Wilson, NC 27893 The Fike Golden Demons football squad scored 37 points and limited the visiting South Johnston Trojans to 27 in the Golden Demons non-league victory on Wednesday.
In their next game, the Golden Demons face the Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Fike will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 44-22 non-league loss to North Pitt (Bethel, NC).
The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Midway (Dunn, NC). The Raiders enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record.
