In their next game, the Wildcats face the Sparta Spartans (Sparta, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Wayland will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 59-0 non-league win over Wyoming (Wyoming, MI).
