Arete Prep CHARGERS (Gilbert, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Globe Tigers (Globe, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Arete Prep advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The CHARGERS travel to Tempe Prep (Tempe, AZ) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Knights go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Tigers now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Ray for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2.
