August 27, 2025: Norcross, GA 30092 In Wednesday's non-league test, the Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA) softball squad got by the visiting Marist War Eagles (Atlanta, GA), by a count of 1-0.
Next, the Wolves meet the Mount Paran Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 5 outing, on Thursday, August 28. Wesleyan will attempt to move on its 8-0 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 6-3 record after their 14-6 league win over Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA).
With the loss, Marist moves to 2-4 on the season. The War eagles travel to Lithonia (Lithonia, GA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 4A Region 5 outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 2-6. Lithonia lost 17-0 in their recent league outing against Northview (Johns Creek, GA)
