Union Mine Diamondbacks (El Dorado, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Casa Roble Rams (Orangevale, CA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Diamondbacks (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Bruins come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Ponderosa was beaten by Franklin (Elk Grove, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
