August 27, 2025: St. Paul, MN 55104 Washburn Millers (Minneapolis, MN) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host St. Paul Central Minutemen (St. Paul, MN), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Washburn upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Millers travel to Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN) to play the Royals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Royals come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Hopkins lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN)
Next, the Minutemen play the St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. St. Paul Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Crusaders go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Visitation (Mendota Heights, MN).
