The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Westerville Central Warhawks (Westerville, OH) and the visiting Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH), saw Westerville Central's volleyball squad beat Big Walnut by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Westerville Central upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Warhawks host Fairbanks (Milford Center, OH) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 28. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Golden Eagles now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Westerville South for a Ohio Capital - Capital bout on Tuesday, August 31. Big Walnut will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-3.
