August 28, 2023: San Jose, CA 95128 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Del Mar Dons (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Oakwood Hawks (Morgan Hill, CA), saw Del Mar's volleyball squad beat Oakwood by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Del Mar upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Dons travel to Gunn (Palo Alto, CA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Gunn won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Castilleja (Palo Alto, CA)
The Hawks now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to University Prep Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, September 1.
