August 28, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90017 The Orthopaedic Vipers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Contreras Cobras to 0 in the Vipers non-league victory on Monday.
The Vipers now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bravo for a non-league game on Wednesday, August 30. Orthopaedic will meet a Knights team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Elizabeth (Cudahy, CA). The Knights record now stands at 2-4.
The Cobras (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Robert F. Kennedy Community (Los Angeles, CA). The Bobcats enter the Central game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Robert F. Kennedy Community dropped by Roybal (Los Angeles, CA), 3-2, in a league game.
