Kentucky High School Volleyball - Nicholas County overwhelmed by Harrison County
August 28, 2023: Cynthiana, KY 41031 In Monday's league battle, the host Harrison County Thorobreds volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Nicholas County Bluejackets.
The Thorobreds (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Black Devils come into the District 38 battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Robertson County achieved victory over Bath County (Owingsville, KY), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bluejackets encounter the Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, August 30. Nicholas County will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 0-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Rowan County (Morehead, KY).
