August 28, 2024: Caledonia, MI 49316 The South Christian Sailors football squad scored 28 points and limited the host Caledonia Fighting Scots to 22 in the Sailors non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Sailors now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Grand Rapids for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. South Christian will clash with a Pioneers squad coming off a 28-6 non-league loss to Lowell (Lowell, MI). The Pioneers record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Caledonia drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Fighting scots host Reeths-Puffer (Muskegon, MI) to clash with the Rockets in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 0-0.
