August 28, 2024: Hamilton, OH 45013 The Lakota West Firebirds football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Hamilton Big Blue to 7 in the Firebirds non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Firebirds now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Princeton for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. Lakota West will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 52-28 non-league loss to Lebanon (Lebanon, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Hamilton drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Big blue travel to Lakota East (Liberty Township, OH) to meet the Thunderhawks in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. The Thunderhawks come into the test with a record of 1-0. Lakota East won 29-28 in their recent non-league test against Centerville (Centerville, OH)
