August 28, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87110 The Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) football tipped the visiting Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM), 28-21 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Matadors now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Cleveland for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 3. Sandia will clash with a Storm squad coming off a 56-14 non-league loss to Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Storm record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Hope Christian drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Sartans in a non-league outing on Monday, September 9. The Sartans come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
