Northwest Mounties (Jackson, MI) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Tecumseh Indians (Tecumseh, MI), 20-12 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Northwest improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mounties travel to Hastings (Hastings, MI) to play the Saxons in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 12. The Saxons go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
