The Patriots now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Monticello for a Jefferson bout on Tuesday, September 3. Albemarle will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Tandem Friends (Charlottesville, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, James River Midlothian drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Rapids travel to Monacan (Richmond, VA) to clash with the Chiefs in a Dominion bout on Tuesday, September 3.
