California High School Football - West Valley trounces La Sierra

August 28, 2025: Hemet, CA 92545

In Thursday's non-league match, the host West Valley Mustangs football squad scored a decisive 49-6 triumph over the La Sierra Eagles.

The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Rancho Christian was routed by Norte Vista (Riverside, CA), 45-7, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saddleback for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. La Sierra will meet a Roadrunners squad coming off a 49-14 non-league win over South El Monte (South El Monte, CA). The Roadrunners record now stands at 2-0.
