Thomas Jefferson Vikings (Richmond, VA) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football squad thwart the visiting Norcom Greyhounds (Portsmouth, VA), 14-0 in a non-league match.

The Vikings (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Armstrong (Kennedy) (Richmond, VA). The Wildcats come into the match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Armstrong (Kennedy) toppled Richmond High School for the Arts (Richmond, VA), 66-0, in a non-league challenge.
