California High School Football - Madison thwarted by Steele Canyon
August 28, 2025: San Diego, CA 92117 Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) boosters were content Thursday as they observed their football squad thwart the host Madison Warhawks (San Diego, CA), 25-0 in a non-league match.
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Mar Vista (Imperial Beach, CA). The Mariners come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Mar Vista defeated Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA), 34-20, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Warhawks play the St. Augustine Saints (San Diego, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 2. Madison will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
