Hughson Huskies (Hughson, CA) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host Riverbank Bruins (Riverbank, CA), 13-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Hughson advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Huskies host Ceres (Ceres, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 2-4. Ceres lost 45-12 in their recent non-league battle against Orestimba (Newman, CA)

The Bruins now hold a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Ripon for a non-league match on Monday, September 1. Riverbank will play a Indians team coming off a 24-6 non-league loss to East Union (Manteca, CA). The Indians record now stands at 2-3.
