North Monterey County Condors (Castroville, CA) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Rancho San Juan Trailblazers (Salinas, CA), 26-12 in a league battle.

With the win, North Monterey County advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Condors travel to Everett Alvarez (Salinas, CA) to play the Eagles in a battle on Tuesday, September 2. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 0-1. Everett Alvarez lost 20-14 in their recent league match against Marina (Marina, CA)
