Kentucky High School Soccer - Oldham County knocks off Central
August 28, 2025: Buckner, KY 40010 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY) and the visiting Central Yellow Jackets (Louisville, KY), saw Oldham County's soccer squad triumph over Central by a count of 5-0.
The Colonels (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against North Oldham (Goshen, KY). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, North Oldham was overwhelmed by Sacred Heart (Louisville, KY), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Yellow Jackets battle the Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers (Louisville, KY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 10. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
