New York High School Soccer - Lisbon Central holds off Canton
August 28, 2025: Canton, NY 13617 Lisbon Central Golden Knights (Lisbon, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Canton Golden Bears (Canton, NY), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Lisbon Central advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Golden Knights travel to Heuvelton Central (Heuvelton, NY) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 3. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Golden Bears now have a 0-1 record.
