Idaho High School Football - Fruitland can't hold off Emmett
August 28, 2025: Emmett, ID 83617 Emmett Huskies (Emmett, ID) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Fruitland Grizzlies (Fruitland, ID), 36-30 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Emmett advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Huskies host Burley (Burley, ID) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league match on Friday, September 5. The Bobcats come into the match with a record of 0-1. Burley lost 41-0 in their recent non-league match against Century (Pocatello, ID)
Coming up next, the Grizzlies confront the Nampa Christian Trojans (Nampa, ID) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Fruitland will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
