In their next game, the Indians face the Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees (Stephenville, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Jim Ned will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.
The Matadors (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hereford (Hereford, TX). The Whitefaces come into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Hereford knocked off Lubbock (Lubbock, TX), 25-13, in a non-league test.
