Colorado High School Volleyball - Standley Lake can't get by Frederick
August 28, 2025: Frederick, CO 80504 Frederick Golden Eagles (Frederick, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Standley Lake Gators (Westminster, CO), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Frederick improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO) to face the Spartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.
Next, the Gators meet the Skyline Falcons (Longmont, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 3. Standley Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
