The Mt. Pleasant Vikings (Mt. Pleasant, PA) soccer overwhelmed the host Derry Trojans (Derry, PA), 9-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Vikings now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belle Vernon for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. Mt. Pleasant will battle a Leopards squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA). The Leopards record now stands at 2-2.
