New Jersey High School Soccer - High Point nudged by Sparta
August 28, 2025: Sussex, NJ 07461 Sparta Spartans (Sparta, NJ) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host High Point Wildcats (Sussex, NJ), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Sparta advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league test on Saturday, August 30. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Wildcats now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson Township for a Northwest Jersey - Freedom test on Thursday, September 4.
