Georgia High School Softball - Hephzibah topped by West Laurens
August 28, 2025: Hephzibah, GA 30815 West Laurens Raiders (Dexter, GA) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Hephzibah Rebels (Hephzibah, GA), 19-1 in a league game.
With the triumph, West Laurens upgrades its record to 7-1 on the year. The Raiders host Veterans (Kathleen, GA) to confront the Warhawks in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. The Warhawks come into the battle with a record of 12-1. Veterans won 13-5 in their recent league battle against Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA)
With the loss, Hephzibah moves to 0-4 on the season. The Rebels travel to Westside (Augusta, GA) to confront the Patriots in a 3A Region 4 battle on Thursday, September 4. The Patriots go into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Westside won 10-9 in their recent league challenge against Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA)
