In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Trinity Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Calvert Trojans.

The Tigers (3-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Allen Academy (Bryan, TX). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record.

The Trojans now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to C.H. Yoe for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Calvert will face a Yoemen squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Mumford (Mumford, TX). The Yoemen record now stands at 9-5.
