With the win, Carroll County improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cavaliers host Patrick County (Stuart, VA) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 1-0.
The Cougars now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fleming for a non-league contest on Monday, September 8.
