August 28, 2025: Irvine, CA 92612 In Thursday's non-league match, the El Toro Chargers (Lake Forest, CA) volleyball squad overcame the host University Trojans (Irvine, CA), by a count of 3-1.
In their next game, the Chargers encounter the Yorba Linda Mustangs (Yorba Linda, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 2. El Toro will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the battle with a 3-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Magnolia (Anaheim, CA).
The Trojans now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pacifica Christian for a San Joaquin battle on Tuesday, September 2. University will encounter a Tritons squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Tarbut V' Torah (Irvine, CA). The Tritons record now stands at 7-4.
