In Thursday's league match, the Franklin Monroe Jets (Pitsburg, OH) volleyball squad tipped the host National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH), by a count of 3-2.

Next up, the Jets confront the St. Henry Redskins (St. Henry, OH) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 2. Franklin Monroe will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Redskins enter the match with a 6-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Newark Catholic (Newark, OH).
