Virginia High School Volleyball - Mechanicsville winner over Glen Allen
August 28, 2025: Mechanicsville, VA 23111 Mechanicsville Mustangs (Mechanicsville, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Glen Allen Jaguars (Glen Allen, VA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Mechanicsville improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Mustangs host King George (King George, VA) to face the Foxes in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. The Foxes go into the test with a record of 1-1. King George lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA)
Next, the Jaguars play the Thomas Jefferson Vikings (Richmond, VA) in a Colonial challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Glen Allen will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA).
