Texas High School Volleyball - Wall tips Granbury

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Wall Hawks volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Granbury Pirates.

The Hawks (14-5) will now prepare for their test against Varsity Opponent (, ). The go into the non-league test with a 33-110 record. In their last test, Varsity Opponent was edged by Liberty Bible Academy (Mason, OH), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Pirates now own a 10-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lubbock for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Granbury will face a Westerners squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Midland Legacy (Midland, TX). The Westerners record now stands at 3-9.
