Wayland Academy Big Red (Beaver Dam, WI) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host University Lake (Hartland, WI), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Wayland Academy upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Big Red host Dodgeland (Juneau, WI) to meet the Trojans in a Trailways - East challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Dodgeland lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Sevastopol (Sturgeon Bay, WI)

Next, the meet the Milwaukee Juneau Pioneers (Milwaukee, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. University Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
