In Monday's non-league battle, the host Blue Ridge Early College Bobcats volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Andrews Wildcats.

The Bobcats (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Hiwassee Dam (Murphy, NC). The Eagles come into the Little Smoky Mountain 1A battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Hiwassee Dam was edged by Murphy (Murphy, NC), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
