August 29, 2022: Monetta, SC 29105 Saluda Tigers (Saluda, SC) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans (Monetta, SC), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Batesburg-Leesville Panthers (Batesburg, SC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 30. Saluda will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC).
With the loss, Ridge Spring-Monetta drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Blackville-Hilda (Blackville, SC) to battle the Fighting Hawks in a A Region 4 match on Tuesday, August 30. The Fighting Hawks come into the match with a record of 0-2. Blackville-Hilda lost 2-1 in their recent league match against Denmark-Olar (Denmark, SC)
