Match Summary
TSD was an enjoyable match for the Washburn pirates. We were able to try new formations and change up rotations on the court allowing some JV players time on the court to get a feeling of working amongst the Varsity players. Although we are excited for the win, the girls were able to see what happens when certain players are shifted around and taken from the game. As coaches we hope this was a reality check in a way for many players to see how much they rely on a few players to run the court. Ultimately this was a great boost but we do anticipate hard conversations ahead about play time being a privilege and unity works best rather than wearing a few players out as they scramble to keep the ball in pall.
