In Tuesday's league contest, the Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA) volleyball squad edged the host First Colonial Patriots (Virginia Beach, VA), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Knights battle the Kempsville Chiefs (Virginia Beach, VA) in a Beach contest, on Thursday, August 31. Kellam will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Chiefs come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA).
