August 29, 2023: Mesa, AZ 85201 The Westwood Warriors prevailed the visiting Camelback Spartans volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Warriors now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Browne for a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. Westwood will confront a Bruins team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Skyline (Mesa, AZ). The Bruins record now stands at 0-2.
The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ). The Hawks enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Gila Ridge dropped by Sunnyslope (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league test.
