Illinois High School Volleyball - Downers Grove South Glenbard West
August 29, 2023: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 The Glenbard West Hilltoppers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Downers Grove South Mustangs to 0 in the Hilltoppers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hilltoppers now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glenbard South for a non-league game on Wednesday, August 30. Glenbard West will meet a Raiders team coming off a 2-0 league win over Aurora East (Aurora, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
The Mustangs (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Leyden (Franklin Park, IL). The Eagles enter the West Suburban- Gold game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Leyden defeated Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
