In Tuesday's league battle, the host Hendersonville Bearcats volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the R-S Central Hilltoppers.

The Bearcats (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Polk County (Columbus, NC). The Wolverines come into the Mountain Foothills Seven 2A battle with a 7-0 record. In their last battle, Polk County achieved victory over T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
