August 29, 2023: Wheeling, IL 60090 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Wheeling Wildcats (Wheeling, IL) and the visiting Proviso West Panthers (Hillside, IL), saw Wheeling's volleyball squad beat Proviso West by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Wheeling upgrades its record to 3-6 on the year. The Wildcats host Maine East (Park Ridge, IL) to play the Blue Demons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 30. The Blue Demons go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Maine East won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Leyden (Franklin Park, IL)
