The Big Walnut Golden Eagles walloped the host Dunbar Wolverines football team by a score of 56-8 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles face the St. Francis DeSales Stallions (Columbus, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 31. Big Walnut will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Stallions go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 17-10 non-league loss to Olentangy Berlin (Delaware, OH).
