The Coronado Cougars walloped the host Las Vegas Wildcats football team by a score of 44-12 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars play the Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Coronado will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 32-6 non-league win over Centennial (Las Vegas, NV).

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV). The Diamondbacks go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record.
