Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Carlynton toppled by West Allegheny
August 29, 2024: Imperial, PA 15126 West Allegheny Indians (Imperial, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Carlynton Cougars (Carnegie, PA), 9-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Allegheny advances its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Seneca Valley (Harmony, PA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 4-0. Seneca Valley won 7-2 in their recent non-league test against Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA)
The Cougars now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Carrick for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. Carlynton will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Valley (New Kensington, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 1-0.
