August 29, 2024: Minnetonka, MN 55345 Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Park Wolfpack (Cottage Grove, MN), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Minnetonka advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Skippers host Minneapolis Southwest (Minneapolis, MN) to clash with the Lakers in a non-league test on Saturday, August 31. The Lakers come into the test with a record of 1-2. Minneapolis Southwest lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Kennedy (Bloomington, MN)
The Wolfpack now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Apple Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. Park will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Chaska (Chaska, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
